561 viewsThese are some shots of my Norton/Weslake special at El Mirage dry lake in So. Cal. They were taken over the last few years. Its a lot of fun to see how fast you can make an old bike go. The best unfaired run has been 123.075. I put a Peel Mountain Mile fairing on last Sept and it ran 124.700. The Norton is a 1960 and the motor is late 70s give or take. Don't know for certain. Don't really care. Its just fun to go fast.

1181 viewsHere is my 76 550 four-K Cafe. It has 750 Carbs, Megacycle Fast road cam and been bored out 600 CC. It was built in Walnut Creek Calif, by Al Gonzenbach. It has a hand made rear tailsection, alloy shoulderd racing wheels with chrome spokes and sticky Avon's. Instead of the usual back -breaking Clip-ons it has Honda Hwak drag bars. I added the Old Bike Barn Fairing (i'm going to replace it with a Dunstall fairing soon) and stuck on the Bar-end mirrors. Its goes liek arocket and will embarass most 750's.
